Tell us a bit about it.
The SimpleSizing Break is for anyone who has ever felt overwhelmed, over-scheduled or disorganized. In other words, it is for everyone!
Simplesizing. What on earth is Simplesizing?
Simplesizing is about managing your life. Simplesizing is about figuring out what is truly important to each of us. Simplesizing will enable you to live a manageable and memorable life.
The SimpleSizing Break is partly a personal story about organizing and Simplesizing, plus client examples from Clutter Coach Jane, all sprinkled with inspirational thoughts.
From The SimpleSizing Break:
Have you ever received something you thought you really didn’t want? However, as everything sunk in, you began to realize that maybe there was a divine plan…
Tell us something about yourself.

What inspired you to write this book?
When surgery to repair a broken ankle left me out of commission for nine weeks, I was forced to slow down my hectic life and live out of one room. The experience left me with a new perspective on “Simplesizing®” and creating the life we want.
Carroo shares her thoughts in The Simplesizing Break, a book that features a collection of inspiring stories based on Carroo’s experience as a professional organizer. “Simplifying my own life awakened my creativity and refocused my energies on what was important,” said Carroo.
How do you do research for your books?
