Dennis AuBuchon – Understanding the Function of the Economic Development Administration

June 1, 2020 by Cathy B Stucker

What is your most recent book? Tell us a bit about it.

Understanding the Function of the Economic Development Administration.  It is about an organization, their mission and values concerning helping companies and cities/regions to have economic growth

Tell us something about yourself.

I am a resident of Ohio and my background involves being a certified quality auditor and the focus of my writing is on integrity principles and individuals doing the right thing.  I have been writing since 2003 but more importantly the last two years I have published over 30 books and working on more.

What inspired you to write this book?

I wanted to know more about the economic boom we are experiencing today and how this organization plays a part in this environment.

How did you know you wanted to be a writer? How did you get started?

There are so many subjects today that need to be researched and published and I wanted to make a difference.

Are you a pantser or a plotter?

It may not be an outline but I create a table of contents that list the subjects to be covered associated with the topic of each of my books.

Do you have a daily or weekly writing schedule, or do you write only when you are inspired? How many words or pages do you complete in a typical day?

I do not count the number of words or pages I write each day and I do not have a schedule for my writing..

How many drafts did you write before publishing your most recent book?

The books I write are a work in process and I continually adjust the way I say things until I am satisfied with the finished product and then I publish it and send it to a distributor.

What software do you use to write?

I use Microsoft Word

If you were doing it all over again, what would you do differently?

I would not change a thing.

Do you read reviews?

I read reviews and/or comments on a number of books.  Some I receive through tv programs

What is the best advice you could give other writers about writing or publishing?

Never give up.  If you have a passion for a specific topic just start writing until you are finished with the book.

Where can readers learn more about you and your book?

Amazon.  I do have a website www.myqualitywriting.com/mybooks
