The Miraculous Results Of Extremely High Doses Of The Sunshine Hormone Vitamin D3 My Experiment With Huge Doses Of D3 From 25,000 To 50,000 To 100,000 Iu A Day Over A 1 Year Period

Tell us a bit about it.

This new edition contains a fascinating new theory about diabetes as an evolved defense to freezing damage during human hibernation gone out of control-don’t miss it!!

144 Pages of Fact-Packed Science Based Information-But FUN to read.

Upon realizing that taking 4,000 IU of Vitamin D3 a day was not enough for me, I decided to embark on a “dangerous” experiment that directly contradicted everything MD’s had told me for years:

“Don’t take too much Vitamin D it is dangerous!”

I started taking 20,000 IU a day-50X times the recommended dose of 400 IU a day.

After about 4 months upped the dose to 50,000 IU a day or 150X the old recommended “safe” dose I then boosted it to 100,000 IU a day or 300 x TIMES the old maximum safe dose!

What happened over these last 10 months? Did I die? get sick? No! Just the opposite!!

High dose Vitamin D3 therapy over the last year-cured all my chronic conditions-some that I’d had for 20+ years!

1. A painful snapping hip syndrome which I had been suffering from for 23 years and no doctor could help me: It is now 100% gone. No pain and NO SNAPPING!!

2. Yellow fungus infected toenails (under the nail)- I tried everything over 20 years and nothing worked-10 months of high dose Vitamin D3 and they are clear as a bell! 100% cured.

3. A knobby bone spur on my elbow that made me look like Popeye the sailor man-It has now 100% dissolved and my elbow is back to the way it used to be 20 years ago.

4. Painful, clicking, popping, stiff Arthritic shoulders that prevented me from even throwing a ball from home plate past the infield. A condition I’ve had for 15 years. Gone. No more popping snapping or clicking and I can throw the ball twice as far .

5. A ganglion cyst that persisted on my wrist for over 5 years has shrunk from the size of half a golf ball to the size of a pea and now it is rock hard, painless, and shrinking.

6. A small subcutaneous cyst on my face that had not gone away for 20 years – now gone!

7. And without even trying my weight has dropped by 25 pounds from 204 to 179.

This book tells you detailed results of my experiment, dangers to avoid, and also discusses a simple and elegant new theory that suggests how High Dose Vitamin D3 therapy Should help prevent or cure all the epidemics of disease and health issues that have been plaguing us since the 1980’s when Doctors started warning us to stay out of the sun and always use sunscreen. This has created the huge epidemics we see today of Obesity, Autism, Asthma, and many others!

The theory is simple-Vitamin D3 is a hormone that your skin makes when you sit in the sun, it is not a vitamin it was just mislabeled when it was discovered. When your Vitamin D3 levels are low, your body gets you to prepare for winter by overeating, slowing you down to conserve energy, and even making you depressed to keep you housebound. Interestingly it is this same drop in Vitamin D3 levels that signals a bear to start hibernating!

If your body expects famine-like conditions caused by winter to be likely- it will conserve your critical resources for the future. This leads to what I call the Incomplete Repair Syndrome which in turn causes most of the diseases humans face other than spontaneous gene mutations that cause syndromes and diseases caused exclusively by aging. High D3 can be used to prevent or treat a huge number of diseases MS, asthma, 17 kinds of cancer, lupus, arthritis, heart disease, obesity, depression, Parkinsons + many more…

This IS the better mousetrap! Most MD’s get just a basic 4 years in Med School, then work to earn not learn. I’ve researched diseases and aging for 20+ years, with a 10 year stint where I spent 12 hrs/day everyday in the Northwestern Med School’s library just reviewing clinical and scientific studies! I’ve had 3 major papers published; the publishing journal has 5 Nobel Prizes between the editors. And described my papers as extremely exciting and of major importance!

This revised edition contains a fascinating new theory about diabetes as an evolved defense to freezing damage during human hibernation gone out of control-don’t miss it!!

Tell us something about yourself.

From St Louis, now live half the time in Chicago. Originally started life out as a real estate developer/investor in Chicago after getting my Northwestern MBA/ and CPA. After earning enough money to relax a bit and a minor health scare when I was 28 I decided to study evolution and biochem to try and understand the underlying causes of disease and aging. This led me to begin studying Biochem, Biology, and Evolution at the University of Illinois at Chicago- one course at a time so i could learn it really well-the Pre Meds hated me since we were graded on a curve! I also camper out at the Northwestern Med School Library day after day reading nothing but abstracts and science articles concerning aging and disease..This went on for about 6 or 7 years when I finally had a Eureka moment when reading about the rapid aging disease of progeria.

My eureka moment led me to feverishly write up a long detailed unified theory of aging and i began submitting it to Science journals- first the British medical journal Lancet- I faxed it to them during press day and it jammed up their operations and I got a letter stating that they never wanted to hear from me again! The next rejection came from the journals Nature and Science. With every rejection I reworked the paper. Finally I sent to my last choice..Experimental Gerontology..thinking they had to publish it..I got a three page hand written letter from the famous aging scientist Leonard Hayflick telling me i didn’t know the first thing about aging! I finally submitted it to the only theory journal in medicine…Medical Hypotheses whose current and past editors share 5 Nobel prizes between them…and included Linus Pauling (the only man top ever get two unshared Nobel Prizes), Sir James Black,

Sir Macfarlane Burnet, Sir John Eccles, and Sir Karl Popper (they get the sir titles by being knighted by the queen). It turned out they loved it and thought it was extremely exciting and deciced to publish it as is even though it was 60 pages and they had a 10 page limit fro their articles. It was titled “The Evolution of Aging A New Approach to an Old Problem of Biology” Sept 98.

(This first paper of mine was the first time anyone had suggested that Alzheimer’s disease might be caused by high levels of Luteinizing Hormone that increase in men and women after age 40 by up to 1,000’s of percent. A few years thereafter a new company was founded called Voyager Pharmaceuticals which raised $50 million to treat AD patients with a drug that suppresses LH-they had some great results in women but it did not work in men…thus the company has been struggling.)

I then went on to publish two more papers on evolution and aging in the journal in the year 2000. After that I had to go back to work in real estate to support myself, but I never quit studying and experimenting.. And then just a couple years ago i started experimenting with Very high dose Vitamin D3 (and K2)which led me to write my latest book.

What inspired you to write this book?

I felt that I had stumbled upon a possible alternative therapy superior to much of what is offered by our medical community…for many of humanity’s ailments based on the results I experienced. I felt compelled to tell everyone and shout it from the rooftops!!

How did you choose the title?

I knew nothing about marketing or publishing a book so I figured that the only way to get someone interested was to give them as much info as I could on the book coverto get them interested enough to read the inner jacket. I figured once they read what had happened to me they would have to buy the book..

So maybe it is the longest book title on right now..but it seems to be working as sales are very good.

What obstacles did you encounter in getting this book published? How did you
overcome them?

I was actually quite surprised at how easy it was to publish via Amazon..all I had to do was write it up in WORD, upload the bok and boom-it was for sale. No one even checked the book as far as i know. I set the price..and then later mae my own Book cover using the free software GIMP2. I actually did not spend a single penny getting the book published-it was amazing. I really feel sorry for those people who have to try and deal with publishers, book agents, editors etc…This is the way to go!

How did you know you wanted to be a writer? How did you get started?

I never did want to be a writer. i have always been a researcher and thinker and sometime experimenter…It just so happens that when I find out something good and interesting and want to let others know-I have to get out the pen and paper (actually a keyboard)

Do you have any writing rituals?

A glass of wine on the desk and a bottle on the counter!

Did you learn anything from writing and publishing this book? What?

How easy it is to do through Amazon…I also learned that Google Adwords did not get me any sales and cost me $300 to find out. I also learned that enrolling the book in Amazon KDP select and using the free days option form time to time really boosted my sales after the free promo was over.

If you were doing it all over again, what would you do differently?

I would have immediately read the ebook How I sold 1 million ebooks in 5 months before I started trying to market my book.

What types of books do you like to read? Who are your favorite authors?

I read mostly science oriented books and magazines and websites..When I have time for fiction my favorites have beenMark Twain, Hemingway, I guess I like it short and sweet and funny

Are you working on your next book? What can you tell us about it?

My next book is about treatments for Alzheimer’s disease that worked in small trials but you will never hear of from Big Pharma nor your doctor nor will they be studied further because they are unpatentable and thus unprofitable and of no interest to the medical community

What is the best advice you could give other writers about writing or publishing?

Forget about the hard copy book…that sounds like a major headache…Write a good ebook and sell it for 99 cents to 2.99 max – how can any hard copy publisher compete with that??

Who is the perfect reader for your book?

Anyone who same chronic health issues that just have not gone away over the years…like aches and pains, migraines, psoriasis, skin problems, etc etc etc anything the doctors cannot fix

Where can readers learn more about you and your book?

Get the it on Buy the book and read it. It’s only $1.99. After you read it you will know all you want to about me and then some!
