What is the title of your book? Tell us a bit about it.
Keep Your Panties Up and Your Skirt Down. The book is filled with six erotic tales that have an emphasis on HIV education.
How did you choose the title?
The title is something my grandmother used to say to me and my other female cousins when we were growing up. It was her way of telling us not to have sex.
What inspired you to write this book?
HIV prevention and awareness is something that I have a passion for and I wanted to promote safe sex in a way that would make it more appealing.
Who is the perfect reader for your book?
Anyone that is sexually active and likes to read erotica.
How did you know you wanted to be a writer? How did you get started?
I’ve been a writer since I was a child. Writing is my biggest passion.
Are you working on your next book? What can you tell us about it?
I have a concept for my second book, but I have yet to put in a lot of work on it. It will be another book of short stories, because that’s what I do, and it will not be erotica.
What is the best advice you could give other writers about writing or publishing?
Proofread and edit, many times!
