Authentic Living. A thought-provoking self-help guidebook promoting your journey to Authentic Living, your Authentic Self.

Tell us something about yourself.

I am originally from Long Island, New York, have a background in metaphysics, naturopathy, and communication training and coaching to assist individuals towards optimal living. This is my first book, after writing many articles on health, communication and authentic living.

What inspired you to write this book?

To share in a concise and clear way some profound universal truths and laws to help individuals like my clients move towards passionate, purposeful, happy and authentic lives.

How did you choose the title?

It is what I teach and it is what my work is all about.

What obstacles did you encounter in getting this book published? How did you overcome them?

I self-published. Step-by-step

How did you know you wanted to be a writer? How did you get started?

I have so much to share, some people are meant to share what they know to help others.

Do you have any writing rituals?

every morning I meditate and write what the day is and my new thoughts to create new work, workshops, new writings.

Did you learn anything from writing and publishing this book? What?

Yes, I learned that it takes much more than you would think. I learned how the process works and what I would do differently next time.

What types of books do you like to read? Who are your favorite authors? Why?

I like historical fiction with a flair for magic and metaphysics.

Are you working on your next book? What can you tell us about it?

I have some thoughts but it hasn’t manifested enough to start. It will be fiction this time.

What is the best advice you could give other writers about writing or publishing?

Not sure I am in a position to give others advice. Still a novice.

Who is the perfect reader for your book?

A person who is awakening to a need for more purpose, more clarity in their life and wanting to learn what it means to “go within” and is willing to explore self.
