And a publicist comes after a deal is signed by a major royalty publisher, so I don't think you'd find one to express an interest anytime prior to that.I wish I could offer you a place to go with this, but I don't have a resource for self-published cookbooks other than to suggest you find as many Internet book sites as you can, such as offthebookshelf.com, and list your book.
